Best Practise Environmental Guidelines

'Airlie Retreat' will be striving to encourage an appropriate level and range of design and construction solutions which are in keeping with "best practice" environmental guidelines and have put in place the following building covenants in order to achieve these standards. The covenants will be managed and governed by the 'Airlie Retreat' Architectural Design Panel (ADP) which will preview and approve all dwelling design documentation before the owner makes application for a building permit.
