Stage 1 consists of 44 lots in two distinct residential precincts, separated by a natural stony water course and buffer of rainforest vegetation. The 'Proserpine' precinct fronts Jubilee Pocket Road and contains twenty (20) flat building allotments. The seven (7) allotments directly facing Jubilee Pocket road will be extensively screened from the road with a dense hedge of bamboo. The 'Conway' precinct (24 lots) is totally surrounded by natural vegetation and is accessed by a stone faced concrete bridge structure complete with a rustic timber railing system.
